I see so many &quot;social media marketers&quot; that just preach listening and responding which can work in customer support, but not in marketing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The key to me is to identify &quot;who matters&quot; (for a specific objective) i.e the most relevant communities along with the influencers in that community.
